The new bouldering wall at Perfect Fit offers a unique addition to your normal training. For the more advanced climbers looking for gym based training we can create a bespoke climbing specific programme to improve your strength and stability on the rock.
Perfect Fit is an approved Exercise Referral Provider through the ProActive Scheme. This programme is followed with your doctor or health professional’s consent and follows strict guidelines to ensure that the exercise programme you follow is safe as well as effective.

GTS GRAVITY TRAINING
This training system uses adjustable, incline resistance training on a freely-moving glide board. You work out using your body weight against the pull of gravity to efficiently work the entire body.
When working on a power plate your body is worked at least three times harder due to the vibrations. These vibrations work deep into your muscles and this results in a far more intense whole-body workout.
