At Perfect Fit we offer a more personal service to all our members however it can be beneficial to have 1:1 personal training to kick start your fitness routine and help you find that motivation to keep going and make a success of your goals.

I will be at your disposal for any questions by email or phone and will keep you up to date with the current fitness culture, new exercises and nutritional advice. No one session will be the same, variety is key to keeping us motivated! All your sessions will be written down should you wish to take some with you and try them by yourself.

The next step is to get you booked in for a consultation in our informal and relaxed environment, should you lead a busy life it is possible to do this on the phone. The consultation is your chance to get to know me and for us to find out what your fitness, nutritional and lifestyle goals are. I can also answer any questions you may have and show you around the Perfect Fit Studio. There may be some medical and lifestyle forms for you to complete (these need to be completed prior to starting an exercise programme, all the information you provide will be strictly confidential).

After our conversation we will organise a time that is convenient for you to have your first 1:1 session! From there I will continue to monitor your progress and help you work towards your goals updating them when necessary.
