Perfect Fit is Online!
You can now book your gym sessions online. Simply select the appointment type you’d like to book, hit search and book your appointment! You will need to be registered with MindBody to be able to book online – this is very quick and easy to do, just follow the instructions when you complete the booking or you can go to the MindBody website via this link.
Open sessions & Unassisted sessions – what’s the difference?
In 2018, Perfect Fit changed opening hours, and members can now book into “Open” or “Unassisted” sessions.
Open sessions are there purely for the members; personal training by the staff on duty is gone, and additional personal training by other staff members is reduced – meaning that we can focus more on you and your exercise needs.
Unassisted sessions are for those who don’t want or need as much help or attention from our personal trainers, or who just want to use the gym in a quieter time of day. The member of staff on duty during the unassisted sessions will likely be running personal training, or classes and therefore be limited in the amount of assistance that they can give the member using the gym. As you’ve booked in for an unassisted session, your programme will, of course, be written on the board for you as usual.

Once you are registered on the App you will be able to log in and book your places on the following classes:
