Perfect Fit is a members fitness and personal training studio. We provide a more personal service than that of your average leisure provider guaranteeing a quiet, friendly and sociable place to train.
We have a supportive and encouraging environment that bridges the gap between a gym and specific 1:1 personal training. Our enthusiastic trainers are here to assist you with whatever your fitness/wellness goals may be. All members are given a bespoke programme with regular reviews and updates and our trainers will be on hand to help you as much or as little as you like.
We will periodically review your programme to ensure it stays varied and challenging. We also encourage our members to give us regular feedback on their programmes to ensure their training remains enjoyable and effective. To help our members get the most out of their session, your programme that day will be written up on a board in the studio. This saves you from carrying around a sheet of paper, and also allows us to make quick changes to it when you meet your goals.
We also encourage our members to come to us should they want to try out or introduce a different type of training in their programme such as fitness boxing, suspension training and core and stretching work.
Whatever your health and fitness aspirations Perfect Fit will provide you with the expertise, flexibility and motivation to achieve your goals. We will put together an exercise programme that will be safe, progressive and varied. The best of all is that you can do it all in the privacy of your own fully equipped personal training studio.
Bouldering Wall at Perfect Fit!
Perfect Fit are excited to announce that we now have a small functional bouldering wall at the gym. The low-level type of climbing does not involve ropes or harnesses and after a simple induction can be used by anyone to add a completely unique dimension to your usual training routine! If you’re an experienced climber looking for some additional training to supplement and improve your strength and stability on the rock then look no further! We can design bespoke training programmes utilising bodyweight training techniques and specific bouldering moves to get you where you want to be. Perfect fit runs “Open Sessions”. These open sessions are staffed solely for your convenience where you as the member will be able to get the most assistance possible should you require it. Please view the available open session times below. We also have classes available during these times.
For those that may wish to train outside these hours (usually between the hours of 1100 and 1500) then there is ample opportunity for members to book ‘unassisted sessions’. This gives you the opportunity to use the Perfect Fit Studio when it is most quiet. However, whilst the gym is still covered by a member of staff for your safety, they will generally not be available to give you as much of their time. Unassisted sessions are booked in with a member of staff or on our bookings app on a week by week basis.

Wednesday: 0700 – 1100 1500 – 1930
Thursday: 0800 – 1100 1600 – 1900
Friday: 0700 – 1100 1500 – 1900
Saturday: 0800 – 1100
We encourage our members to book their sessions with us before arriving, either in person at the end of their session or via our easy to use bookings app. If you are not a fan of apps then just send us a text/e-mail. This helps us to be prepared for your arrival and to make sure that the gym does not become over crowded so that you can get plenty of time and attention from our trainers should you require it.
